David A. Colecchia, Esquire

I am a native a Greensburg having grown up here and lived here all my life.  I fell in love with the law when I attended the University of Toledo school of law.  There, I was fortunate enough to be part of the moot court team for my law school where I competed against other law schools at the Albert R. Mugal National Tax competition.  In that competition we were successful in winning the award for best brief.  Also, I served as the Charles Fornoff mock trial coordinator.  This gave me the opportunity to meet and go to dinner with the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.   

I opened my practice as a solo practitioner.  Over the years I have earned a reputation as someone who takes on the tough cases, especially in Bankruptcy.  Unlike other Bankruptcy colleagues I focus on litigation with the mortgage company.  This litigation includes filing suit for Truth-in-Lending violations, violations of Act 6, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act  violations, and violations of the Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices Act, Consumer Protection Law.  Specializing in this area of the law I am uniquely qualified to review your mortgage situation and determine the proper course of action. 

In working in the social security realm I have worked tirelessly to provide competent compassionate care to those who are disabled and cannot work.   

I am a fierce litigator for my clients attempting to obtain workers compensation benefits or those who have been injured at no fault of their own.   Even clients going through divorce and custody.  Every client has their own issues that we a dedicated to solving.

Justin P. Schantz, Esquire

Justin focuses in Bankruptcy, with experience in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 and also practices in the workers compensation and criminal defense fields. Before joining Law Care in 2010, Justin completed work for Laurel Legal Services and acted as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Gregory Olson (ret.) Justin has over 10 years experience in his field.
